Innovation is the key to success which will help to sustain in life. If you want to be a market leader you need to constantly aspire for innovation in your products and services.
Appreciate ideas, honour ideas, respect ideas given by your friends, colleagues, family members, or any one. Never underestimate idea of others. Grow the idea, like how you grow a plant.

We must collaborate and work together to build a better future for our self and for the coming generations. I am in a mission to collaborate and work together for a similar objective and goals.
About Prof. Surjit.
Specialized in Commerce & Management, with an experience of more than 11+ years in Industry and Teaching and delivered more than 3,000 hours of Teaching lectures, he had published 7 articles in India and Bulgaria and 6 books in his credit. His research area is in the domain of Workforce Diversity, Organizational Climate and Culture, SDG and topics which benefits the society, attended more than 20 National and International conference, workshops, seminars, FDP, MDP. Presently he had undertaken two Fully Funded Minor Research Project. Certified Life Skills trainer by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development and had trained students on topics of Life Skills since 2013 to around 3,000 Youths. He Manages around 90 social media pages and blogs. He likes paintings, travelling, cooking, and gardening.
